The application doesn’t require downloads, expensive training or paid updates. The user receives access to a number of tools, starting with the sales lead, contact and account managers. A knowledge base is provided so users can build a database of questions and answers based on their individual needs. Email marking campaigns can be created with recurring emails that serve as courtesy reminders. Drip marketing and promotional offers can also be offered to leads and clients and users can track the success of their campaigns by reviewing bounce rates and detailed statistics. Document storage, tasks, reminders, calendars and group management is also included.

The Enterprise plan is the most expensive at $199.99 and includes custom integration via API, the ability to sync with the user’s ERP, custom dashboard views and enterprise analytics.

CRMboost has something for businesses of all sizes. The application features a wide range of subscription plans which start low enough to fit into a relatively tight budget. The user is provided with a long list of appealing features that can streamline many vital activities. The higher end plans get a little pricey, so new users may want to start with something cheaper until they determine if the application is a good fit for their needs.
